The site describes services we offer to merchants, including readiness audits and implementation work. Descriptions on the site are for information only. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that engagement. Requesting an audit through the site is a request, not a contract.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• Interfere with or damage the site or its functionality.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or related systems.
• Scrape or harvest content or data by automated means without our written permission.
• Submit unlawful, misleading or harmful content through any form on the site.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.

All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, images, diagrams and other materials, is the property of ReKnew or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution or use requires our express written permission. Product names such as Switchboard, SAGE and Merchant Hub identify ReKnew's own products.

The site links to third-party websites, including protocol specifications and commerce platforms. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Protocol names such as ACP, UCP and AP2 belong to their respective owners.

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is accurate or complete. Third-party figures on the site are attributed to their sources and may change. Nothing on the site is professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReKnew is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). This section does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, and does not affect the terms of any separate engagement agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold ReKnew harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time without liability. We may also update these terms; the revised terms take effect when posted, and continued use of the site means you accept them.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the rest remain in effect. These terms and the privacy policy are the entire agreement between you and ReKnew regarding the site.
